Is there a binding order fee regarding the founding of a new company?

Yes. At the initial meeting, we will ask you to pay the accountable non-refundable deposit of CZK 1,000 against the issued deposit invoice. Please, understand the amount mainly for the sake of legal certainty to reserve the date with biding effect and the preparation of documents in the notary’s office. You can pay the deposit at our office in cash against proof of payment or by credit. Of course, at the final settlement of the service, this deposit of CZK 1,000 will be deducted from the total price to be paid.
